Vision

Having a creative mind breeds big ideas and I take time to refine, simplify, optimize, redirect (if needed) the product Road Map. I like to involve as many of the team members in the vision creation as possible but I am not afraid to stand up for ideas I believe in. At the end of the day, I make sure to keep in mind the larger picture: "Why are we doing all of this?" 

It's not always about thinking "outside of the box". Sometimes delivering "the box" is exactly what is needed.
