Resourcefulness

It's impossible to know everything but not impossible to surround yourself with the complimentary knowledge holders.

Essentially, the more you know, the more you read (Feedly is my best friend), the more you talk to people inside and inside the company the more you will learn. The trick is not only to learn more but to come to terms with the areas where complimentary assistance is needed. Knowing one's strengths but admitting one's weaker areas is what differentiates being resourceful versus not.

I might not have the answer to everything, but I know where to look and who to ask. 

P.S. It took me quite a while to draw that labyrinth. The irony.
