Prioritization

Though I am not a fan of the term itself, and it's tricky to prioritize when everything seems like a priority. I am proactive and am quick on my feet, and can analyze all aspects of a situation. When prioritizing between a multitude of items, I like to use a matrix approach.

I collaborate with others and communicate often to ensure transparency. When the stakeholders understand why certain items were prioritized over others, they are more likely to agree.
