Hot Yoga

I tried different sports since I was six years old. Ballet, Judo, Water Polo, Basketball, River Dancing, Badminton, Muay Thai - You name it - I've tried it. I discovered Hot Yoga in 2012. I was sad and overweight, and I started going six times a week, I got hooked, and have been a regular Yogi ever since.
